Lord of the Rings - Good Alliance
Introduction
I'm still adding to this and will probably use a lot of dark ages figures for most the
human armies. A lot of the Good Alliance rank and file can be seen in the Wood and High Elf
sections.
All the figures are Irregular unless otherwise stated. They are all based for Fantasy rules although the Characters are mounted on coins
for practical reasons. The unit bases are 40x40mm and 40x20mm (2 bases make a 40x40mm unit)
and the coins are old NZ 2c coins.

Rohan Knights
Baccus Elvish Cavalry. The Elvish pointy helmets are specially designed so they don't mess up their hair however I will file them down. These will most likely end up and Knights of Dol Amorth now Baccus has released Norman knights which are well suited to Rohan riders.
Gondor Tower Guards
Spearmen from Irregular's Followers of Light Range and very cool figures with nice details.
Rohan Heavy Cavalry
From Irregular's Ishtar range and a good alternative for Rohan if you don't want to use Dark Ages style figures.
Prince Imrahil of Dol Amroth
Who also appears as a High Elf Hero in another life. From Irregular's High Elf range and a nice figure.
Eowyn and Merry
I created this from a spare halfling figure and a spare female fig from either the Followers of Light range or the Amazon range (but I can't remember which).
Knights of Dol Amroth
Whose day jobs are as high elvish knights (when they aren't polishing their armour or playng harps).
Dunedain Rangers
Aragorns buddies made up from Wood elf spear, bow and hand gunners with a Wood Elf hero figure thrown in for good measure.
